By using the "Market Matador" online paper investment trading game (hereinafter referred to as "the Game"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Game.
a. You must create an account to access and use the Game. All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
b. You may not create an account if you are under the age of 13, and if you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to create an account.
a. "Market Matador" is intended for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not use the Game for any commercial purposes or engage in any activity that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
b. You may not exploit, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the Game or any part of it without the express written consent of Sullivation LLC.
c. You agree not to engage in any behavior that could disrupt, harm, or interfere with the operation of the Game or the experience of other users.
a. Users may contribute to the Game through the submission of content (such as comments, chat messages, or in-game creations). You agree not to post or share any content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
b. Sullivation LLC reserves the right to remove or modify user-generated content that violates these terms, without prior notice.
a. The Game may include virtual currencies or in-game purchases. These transactions are non-refundable, and you agree that Sullivation LLC is not responsible for any losses incurred through in-game purchases.
Sullivation LLC reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the Game if you violate these Terms of Service.
a. All content and materials in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, text, logos, and software, are the property of Sullivation LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
b. You may not use any of Sullivation LLC&pos;s intellectual property without express written consent.
a. The Game is provided "as is," and Sullivation LLC makes no warranties regarding its accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
b. Sullivation LLC is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the Game.
